If you select Australia Post Standard shipping, your order will be shipped with Australia Post and delivered by New Zealand Post.
If you select DHL Express shipping, metro deliveries are completed by DHL, while non-metro deliveries may be completed by New Zealand Post or another carrier.
Express orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Express orders after 4:30pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday morning.
Parcel forwarding services
Bear in mind that Lovehoney is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we cannot offer a replacement or a refund.
Your delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address is up to date in your Lovehoney Account! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong delivery address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realise you've made a mistake before the order has been processed, please contact us straight away.

Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.
Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
